Our two-night stay here was a nightmare, starting with a rat greeting us on the front steps. That should have been our sign to leave immediately. The online photos are a complete fabrication of the space. The reality is a cramped, claustrophobic unit where two people can barely coexist. The layout is so poorly designed that doing laundry means trapping your companion in another part of the apartment, as the door takes up the entire hallway. Comfort is clearly not a priority. The bed was unsleepable, and we had to resort to piling couch cushions on top of it for any hope of rest. There wasn't even a kettle for a cup of tea, and the tap water tasted so off that we wouldn't drink it. The entire experience felt like a scam, and the nonexistent customer service confirmed it. You are completely on your own with any problems you face. I'm just grateful our ordeal was short. This place is not fit for guests and the advertisement is dishonest. Do not make the same mistake we did.
