The host dosn't return the security deposit. Positive: On the plus side, the apartment is clean and includes towels and toiletries. Negative: 1. The owners required additional $500 security deposit via E transfer. You won't be able to get the front door code until you send the money. I only booked for two nights for two people, but the deposit amount hasn't changed. Their terms and conditions promise a full refund within seven days if everything is in order. In my case,they conformed that everything was fine, but I still haven't received my deposit back 2 weeks after reservation. 2. The smoke detector is missing, so it's illegal and unsafe to live in this apartment. 3. A steep, narrow staircase starts from the front door, making it difficult for people with disabilities or small children to climb. 4. There's no kettle in the kitchen. 5. The pillows are uncomfortable and look more like decorative pillows. 6.The property is long distance from the falls.

Positive: The property was clean and a close driving distance to the falls.
