Utterly Deceptive and Not Fit for Rental Positive: The bed was comfortable. Negative: I am writing this review as a serious warning to anyone considering this property. From the moment we began to settle in, it became clear that the unit is a masterclass in deception. While it photographs well, nearly every core feature and amenity was either broken, unsafe, or non-existent. Our experience was a constant series of frustrating discoveries. The televisions were merely decorative screens with no service. The fireplace, a key advertised feature, did not work. In the kitchen, we were met with a persistent swarm of fruit flies, an oven with a door that won't close, and a refrigerator water dispenser that was visibly crusted over with a red warning light glaring. The issues extended to basic comfort and hygiene. The master shower's temperature is faulty, offering only hot or warm water with no option for cool. Most disturbingly, we found mold in the bathroom. The property was also completely devoid of essentials like cleaning supplies, tissues, or even a single spare garbage bag. When we contacted customer service, our legitimate concerns were dismissed without resolution. It is clear that this property is not being maintained, but rather staged to look appealing online. This is not an oversight; this is a deliberate misrepresentation. This company's practices are unacceptable, and this property should be investigated. Do not waste your money or compromise your health and safety by staying here.

Overall, It was a great experience. I will do it again if I am in St. Catherine. Positive: Quick response to messages. Negative: Late notification of the security deposit.

Amazing and would definitely rebook if we’re back next year Positive: Property was fabulous, beautiful and very well equipped. Negative: Only flaws were the toaster and oven were both not working. We reached out to the host who suggested unplugging it for 10 seconds and back in again. We tried but the toaster did not work. The oven too was not working. This was a bit inconvenient as we brought food that requires a toaster or oven. Last missing thing was a blanket or duvet for the loft pulll out bed. We had someone bring one up for us from Toronto for the second night but would have been great if there was a spare for that bed.
