Cozy 2BR Retreat | Family Friendly Close to Falls

Ok , too far to walk to the falls ,it’s maybe6minutes drive fom the falls to Negative: Cigarette butts all over the patio area . No dining table Needs coat hooks in hall No hot water or heating / air con for first two days

Negative: They changed me a $500 security deposit, plus tax, which ended up being $565.00. Firstly, I'm not sure why I was changed tax on the security deposit!!!! But I paid it, thinking no big deal as it will be returned. Checked my bank account after a week, and the $565 security deposit was not refunded After back and forth with the online support people It took a month for them to refund the security deposit, which they only refunded $500. I had to reach out to support again about the missing $65. They said it was an error on their end, and they will refund the remaining money. If I didn't pay attention to the missing $65, they would have scammed me. Terrible Terrible experience, I'll NEVER EVER deal with these scamers, and I wouldn't recommend anyone dealing with them
